- Ground storage, elevated storage, booster systems and hydropneumatic tanks.
- Treatment and filtration
- Package plants, iron removal, disinfection and the residuals each one produces.

- Rehabilitating systems that were built cheaply and are now the district's problem.
Where it gets hard

Wet utility cost per lot is the number that decides whether a tract works, and it is the number most developers get last. It moves with depth, with soil, with how far the outfall is, with whether the lift station can be avoided, and with whether the plant has capacity on the day you need it rather than the day it was designed.
We price this early and against real disposal, because a collection system that has nowhere to send flow is a very expensive trench.
Who does what
We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project. District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel.
