Reuse is sold as free water and is not. It is a second distribution system, a second permit, a second operating burden, and a demand problem: reclaimed water only helps if something on site actually drinks it in the months you have it. Amenity lakes and common-area irrigation absorb a real amount. Rooftops do not.
We size reuse against demand that exists on the plat rather than against the volume the plant can make.
Who does what
We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project. District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel.
