Development experience expanded extensively into Texas: retail centres, land development, residential subdivisions, homebuilding, commercial real estate, utility infrastructure and multifamily development.
Where the absence of a municipal system would have stopped the project.
Direct experience creating and coordinating water and wastewater infrastructure to support real estate development. Where a lack of municipal infrastructure might prevent another developer from moving forward, we have coordinated the engineering, permitting, financing, construction and operation of private infrastructure.
OmniFlow Systems and Deer Trail Water District.
Wet-utility construction and wastewater treatment through OmniFlow. Private water and wastewater utility formation and operation through Deer Trail, including permitting, rate studies and cash-flow planning.
An industrial garment operation in Mexico, built from the ground up.
The businesses grew into large-scale manufacturing employing hundreds of people, with production capacity of approximately 100,000 garments per week, producing millions of fashion-forward branded garments for major U.S. companies.
Brands served during this period included Levi's, Gap, Arizona, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and JLO.
Approximately one million square feet.
Industrial, warehouse, retail and related construction and development experience in Mexico: factories, warehouses, commercial buildings, retail properties and hospitality-related assets.
West Texas.
Experience through Kahlenberg Oil & Gas LLC includes land work, drilling, discovery, well development, operations and Texas Railroad Commission requirements associated with an oil project near Ballinger, Texas.
Media, AI and capital formation.
Co-founding technology and media ventures, and participation in cryptocurrency, NFT, stablecoin, tokenization and artificial-intelligence initiatives.
