Class II
Oil and gas associated disposal, and conversion questions where an existing well can be repurposed.
Class V
Shallow injection and the narrower cases where it is the right answer.
Feasibility and siting
Whether the subsurface will take it, and whether the land can be secured.
Permitting
TCEQ and Railroad Commission pathways, and the technical file each one requires.
Mechanical integrity
Testing, monitoring and the operating record that keeps the permit.

Why this sits at the front of our process

Where the residuals go sets the treatment recovery, which sets plant size, which sets cost. Projects that leave disposal until last get rebuilt.

Most advisors can arrange a treatment plant. Very few can also put the concentrate and the residuals somewhere. We run disposal as part of the same practice as treatment, so the two halves of the project are designed against each other rather than negotiated against each other later.

Who does what

We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project. District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel.
