Where it gets hard

Recovery schemes are easy to justify on paper and hard to keep running. The failure mode is almost always the offtake: a buyer who takes the material at a price that only works at a volume you do not yet have, or a beneficial-use route whose regulatory basis shifts.
We model recovery against a disposal baseline, which usually means an injection well or a permitted receiving facility, and we contract the baseline first. Recovery should be the upside, not the plan.
Who does what
We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project. District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel.
